- 2 tbsp. cooked farro, buckwheat, or quinoa (or combination)
- 2 tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp. roasted pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, hemp hearts, or chia seed
- 1 tsp. lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- sprinkle sea salt
