Recipe: Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

Other additions/modifications:
Replace Greek yogurt with non-dairy version
Replace almond/coconut milk with dairy version
¼ cup raw oatmeal
1 Tbsp flax or chia seed
1 tsp fresh ginger
Use any frozen fruit of choice
Try kale, collard or other leafy green
