Boost Your Wellness This August!
August is a great time to check in on ourselves, and focus on our wellbeing. With
the summer heat in full swing, staying healthy might look a little different
than during the cool winter months. Here are some simple tips to help you feel
your best.
1. Take
Breaks: Short breaks help refresh your mind and body. Step out of the heat if
you work outside or get some fresh air if you spend a lot of time at a desk.
2. Healthy
Snacks: Keep nutritious snacks like veggies and dip or fruits and nuts

Around: Don’t work in one position for too long. Stand up, walk
